Teddy talks to Dragon when he feels off, and often the root to all his problems is not being “rooted” and what better place to do this than in the forest. The deeper a trees roots dive the harder for it to be blown over by the wind or pushed over by any other force. When Teddy forgets to ground and be clear with what he wants he gets a bit cranky, and this practice helps him be clear with himself so he can be clear with others.
